Returns policy

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your order. We make every effort to produce the best products and to have and easy to use ordering service, however occasionally things may not be to your liking and you'll need to return something.

unfortunately because of the nature of our products there are exceptions and conditions for returning items back to year zero. these are as follows:

 

Returns for exchange

• You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or ex change.

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached and original package. All shipping cost for returned goods will be your responsibility.

• It is your responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive at YEAR ZERO LONDON

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

• If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of item and shipping.

• When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund within 30 days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and we offer no refunds and no exchange.

• Products on sale can neither be returned – refunded or exchanged.

• Products marked as MADE TO ORDER can neither be returned – refunded or exchanged.

• Incomplete or used products may not be returned – refunded or exchanged.

Broken, incomplete or used products that we receive as returns will be returned to the sender and shipping cost will be charged.

Follow the steps below to return an item :

• Include in the subject the name of the item you want to return and the number of your order.

• Please leave a detailed description of the item you would like to return and the reason.

• Indicate the Return Qty and # of Boxes you are returning.

• Send the email and we will respond with shipping instructions to you. If your response is sent to us before the maximum time allowed to return an item you will not be held accountable for any delays in the return process

International Returns

If you have to return something to us from outside the UK we recommend that you use your country's airmail postal service with a 'signed for' delivery to us. PLEASE NOTE: That in a situation where we may have made a picking mistake on your delivery will only pay for shipping costs up to the amount that it would have cost us to ship it to you. We will not pay for FEDEX or UPS PRIORITY SHIPPING even if you do decide to use it!

Privacy policy

The Year Zero London website ('Site') is UK-based website and is in accordance with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 relating to the personal information you supply on the Site. The Site uses Paypal as our payment system all information at processing is contained on a secure and encrypted site to ensure that your information is not seen or used by unauthorised persons.

We will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you as an individual or your personal usage of the Site without your consent or unless required or permitted to do so by law.

We provide links to other sites, which may not be governed by this Privacy Policy.

IWe may monitor customer traffic patterns, site usage and related site information in order to optimise your use of the Site.
